Special 2-component, styrene-free, vinyl ester-based mortar.

300 ml membrane cartridge includes 1 static mixing nozzle.

Use with classic silicone gun.

1. Fields of use

• The chemical plug can be anchored to the following substrates: masonry, concrete and porous concrete.
• Anchorages in solid brick and unbreakable concrete must be carried out without casing.
• Anchorages in perforated bricks must be carried out with a cap.

2. Advantages

• Economical 2-component vinyl ester-based mortar.
• It does not contain styrene and is suitable for anchoring in perforated brickwork, concrete, porous concrete.
• Fast curing even at low temperatures.
• The plug does not extend, so short center distances can be maintained.
• The cartridge can be used until the expiry date by replacing the static mixing nozzle with the cap.

3. Properties

• Mortar processing temperature: at least + 5°C.
• Transport and storage temperature (cartridge): + 5°C to + 25°C.
• Minimum shelf life with proper storage: 12 months.
